Terms for using BaseballDraw.

The app

BaseballDraw provides video review, drawing, comparison, organization, and export tools for baseball practice and communication. It is not a medical device, professional coaching service, or radar measurement system.

Subscriptions

Full access requires an auto-renewing weekly or annual subscription. Apple displays the current local price and billing period before purchase. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment handling are governed by your Apple Account and App Store terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of media and analysis you create. You are responsible for having permission to record, import, annotate, export, or share content involving other people.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to defeat its security or purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to violate another person's privacy or rights.

Training and safety

Baseball activity involves risk. Use your judgment, follow facility rules, and consult qualified coaches or medical professionals when appropriate. Do not rely on BaseballDraw to diagnose an injury or guarantee performance.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as available without a guarantee that every device, video, pose, or export will produce a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for BaseballDraw or USD $50.
